Please read this section carefully. This is the Refund Policy of The Shifters

In regard to cancellation of a purchase, customers are entitled to a refund if they cancel their order within 5 working days. Customers will however will be subject to a re-stocking fee of £9.95.

Under exceptional circumstances we may be able to issue a refund however you will be charged an admin fee of £9.95 to process your refund. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement.
